Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases from Pleasing (including Rose Toy and other intimate products). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Hygiene & Eligibility
Due to the personal and intimate nature of our products:
- For hygiene reasons, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or unsealed items.
- Once the original package seal is broken, the item cannot be returned or refunded.
Returns & refunds are only accepted if:
- The product is defective, damaged, or not working upon arrival.
- You received the wrong item, missing parts, or incorrect product.
- The order was lost or not delivered.
2. Time Limit
You must contact us to submit a refund or return request within 7 calendar days after delivery.
3. How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or short video of the issue (damage, defect, wrong item, etc.)
- A short description of the problem
We will reply within 2–3 business days with return instructions.
Returns without approval will not be processed.
4. Return Conditions
Returned items must be:
- Unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging
- In original condition with all packaging and accessories
- Not damaged by improper use or cleaning
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- We will notify you of approval within 3–5 business days.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment platform.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defect, wrong item, etc.).
6. Shipping Responsibility
- If the return is due to product defect or our mistake: We will cover the return shipping cost.
- For other approved reasons: You are responsible for return shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return transit.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened, unsealed, or used intimate products
- Requests made after the 7-day period
- Items damaged by improper use, cleaning, or storage
- Final-sale or promotional items (unless defective)
8. Privacy & Discretion
All returns and packages are handled confidentially with discreet packaging to protect your privacy.
